Oh. Poor Pikachu, He defeated his siblings' killer but in the process he killed his last sister and evolved. I can understand how hurt Raichu must have been at seeing a stranger in her son's place. No wonder Pikachu will never evolve

wow the recolection of everythign has been amazing throughout the story, but i also aboslutly ADORE this chapters scene with caterpie and pikachu! absolut un canny the way you can make everyting just fit together so well.. everthing is so beautiful. i love it, now lol on to more!
