I'm definitely addicted to angst. And you write it so artfully, even the smut.

The last part was especially breathtaking...the guilt (it's always guilt with sasuke, isn't it?) and naruto's admission "I was certain that I would lose you if I didn't." Stunning.

there must be something wrong with me because it's not the hot sex that got me. lol. but really, what i enjoyed the most was your way with words; i've always been a fan of smooth flowing prose that makes use of the emotive phrasing you've used in this. parts like "...Left the emblem of who he was pressed against his skin" and "...they blistered upon his skin for all their softness, searing all that was Sasuke into his very flesh" have too much imagery that they're almost tangible. you make good use of the artistic license afforded to writers, sprinkling effective fragments here and there and generally painting a good picture with your word choice. really, REALLY nice; plus points in my book!

of course, how you handled naruto here was amazing, too -- all adult and very apt for the plot you've placed him in. and your sasuke...he's the perfect asshole anyone can only dream of writing! i don't much like his character in the series, but, well, naruto, i agree, he's my god, too!...at least in this. lol

This is certainly a nice piece of fanfiction. The emotion was described perfectly amidst the smut between the two. I especially liked the way Naruto would submit to Sasuke, if it means that the other boy would "come back to him" in a way. It proves his love and devotion for the other, without being overly affectionate and OOC. Naruto retained his stubbornness, but he matured enough to know that he can't deny some things. Like his need and want to have Sasuke close to him, for instance. I also liked the way that Sasuke -though evil and demanding as he is- still has a human part of him. Amidst his roughness and coldness in "handling" Naruto, his actions still scream that he cares for Naruto, in a deep, twisted and complicated way. And it's an added bonus, that Naruto seems to understand this Sasuke.

Sasuke coming back to Konoha -though it's secretly- proves that he is confident enough to face the consequences of him and Naruto being caught, and that he's willing to face them just to see Naruto. Very sweet [though that may be just me :D] and very appropriate seeing that WAFF isn't exactly an 'in-character' way of showing affection at this point.

Having the last scene is touching. Sasuke, even though he became evil, still has that part of him that is saddened by his forceful actions. Good thing that Naruto's with him, and he understands :)

From the length of my ranting, you could probably guess by now that I TOTALLY love your fanfic. Angsty, dramatic, romantic, smutty [yeah!] and overall: GREAT :) Good job, and I hope to see more of SasuNaru fanfics from you ^_^

Reading this piece of fanfiction gave me hope about the upcoming chapters in the manga... ^_^
