Since I often wondered what more Dr. Mike was feeling In the show I felt sorry for her because I think she put up a wall with others since she was the town doctor and wanted to be view a strong. I think it was also hard for her to accept comfort from Andrew. Now we know those feelings she just couldn't share with friends, and for who there are no walls.
