A nice bit of fluff, but I think Tonks was rather wordy and articulate for the situation. I imagine more of a one-way shouting match between the two.

I like this. I think you captured a difficult and tender moment between two characters that aren't fleshed out so well in the books. You've done well to incorporate the memories these two would have of their friends and loved ones, and I suppose it's great to think they'd allow those memories to encourage them rather than impair them. Good job, I'd like to see something longer.
