You're right - there isn't enough IchiRukiRen to go around. This is a nice little introspective piece; I really enjoyed it.

This is really great. It's so well written and I just love reading it. I love how there are parts from each of their points of view, and I think you have an excellent understanding of each character. Well done, I love this fic so much.

Really interesting. Both fluff and angst, how quaint.
A little confusing in the beginning, as to where exactly this is coming/starting from (AU?), but that's prolleh because I haven't watched the anime so much-- and even then I have been less than faithful with the manga. Also, other technical details (which I've noticed don't really play a big part in Angst-y ficx), like why Renji is there instead of the SS, where the rest of the gang is (I love my bald Ikkaku. And KenpaCHI), what they are currently training for (it never ends), how far is he in strength (because that's just in character for Rukia to be constantly concerned with that) etc.
And I find it fun to see them fighting Shingami-style. Not that fisticuffs aren't thrilling. But better sparring outfits.


Renji has remarkably good vocabulary for thought... more than I expected.
I would've like to see some more outburst-ing, but naturally I forgot Renji's... "wide gap of experience" that would have allowed for SOME maturity.
But they (R&R) were so... cutesy.
It'd be fun to also hear how Renji's affection has been built up over the "lifetime (and so much more) of memories with her", as opposed to Ichigo's relatively short-lived affection.


Liked it though! Wish I had the presence of mind to write at least One-shots... Emphasis on "presence"...

Okay, CUTE. You nailed the complex emotions with the relationships among these three. I still have a horrible time deciding. I'd say IchiRuki wins, but gwah...it's going to be the eternal debate, isn't it?

I really enjoyed this. There's not a lot of really good Bleach fics out there, but this was definately one of the minority. I adore the characterizations and the inner thoughts. It was great!

Wow, this is very good. I loved how you captured Renji's emotions, how he feels about Rukia. It was really sweet. The stray dog and the star...and Ichigo made me go 'aww'. that strawberry >.>.

Very nice story and setup. You gave very good expectations of Renji then Ichigo, both with different ways of looking at themselves and Rukia. With those two expectations you transitioned well into Rukia's views of everything outlined. Very good job at giving examples of what their characters do, all of it is believable.

Very well-written fic. I thought its strength lies primarily with the Renji and Ichigo narratives, perhaps because Rukia's point-of-view, while smoothly-written, is ambiguous. I suppose the ambiguity IS the point, but it doesn't quite sustain the pain you feel for both Renji and Ichigo. That, I feel, was handled admirably in this fic. You speak with their voices, and as readers, we feel their struggle. You're right; we do need more Ichigo-Rukia-Renji fics, and I hope they'll all be as good as this one here.
