This is one of my favorite chapters. I'm entralled in the skill in which you can potray Draco - how well you can present his outter 'uncairing' air while at the same time having his inner turmoil come across so strong.
Bella's rage made this chapter particullerly memrable for me. There's something...just so fitting about it, something so sad about the whole ordeal without the over-dramtics and sufficating Aginst.
I think because its just so real.
For someone to say 'If you werent fallowing MY rules in every way but this ONE, I would murder you' but to know that you have, in effect, by just being /you/ lost favor with a family memeber is one of the harsh realitys. And it fits perfectly with everything.
I also adore the skill in which you weave back and forth between settings. It's really easy for a move like that to be jarring, but its very seemless and flows very well.
Another thing I really enjoyed was Draco's thoughts of Theo Nott. I dont think sardonic is the right word for it - but it comess to mind for some reason.
It is a beautiful way of showing how talking the talk and walking the walk are diffrent, and how Draco came to relise what his parents taught him was the best of the world, is really some of the worst.

I have stumbled upon your story tonight, and read the entire nine chapter's in one sitting, unable to turn away. You have a beautiful, rare skill of keeping all so IN chareter, of painting a picture so like the books and yet at the same time in your own style.
I'm going to review - stubbernly - every chapter of this series, for three reasons.
1. It's a wonderful story, worthy of reveiw.
2. It's a gigantic INJUSTICE that is has so little reveiw's. Although - 43 for nine chapter's is nothing to laugh at, and a real triumph. It's just that I think it should reach 100 in the least.
And 3. I hoping against all hope that you might continue this, if you get some 09 reveiws. I'm hoping that maybe if in the very least, you have the complet story saved on your computer and will send it to those who ask.
Most of all I am hoping that whatever cercomstances have taken you away from this story, that you come back to a shower of uplifting, encourging reveiws and bless those readers who - like myself - are /starved/ for good Potter fiction.
I've never read a fic to date as wonderful as this. You have weaved a pairing I adore in a way that could - I think - be logically seen as potienl cannon.

Another great chapter. I loved the little.."granger mind your business" moment that Harry shared. Wonderful stuff that. But please, in the name of all things do not have Harry apologize to her for him sticking up for his privacy. I mean really, she had no right. It is none of her business, and she needs to get over it. But I love this story. So sad about Percy. Look forward to the next chapter.

Gah! Draco's now half an orphan! Poor Draco! *pets*

Ek! Yes! Please, please write more and quickly. I came across this on a Rec list, and I am very happy I did, I like what you did to the characters, it's always interesting to see peoples ideas of what will happen in the seventh book... I love how you focus on everyones characters and I'm excited to find out how Harry and Draco end up together. I am looking forward to your next update, I'll cross my fingers and hope it will be very soon!
