The scene with APollo and Starbuck? BEST ever... Loved it. Drunk Kara is so classic and I swear you channeled Lee in that scene... You rock!

Excellent piece of work! Extremely enjoyable, good tight plot, well written and with everyone in character. Good use of well rounded original characters. Everything a really good piece of fanfiction should be.

Wow, that´s it, done in one, well, two sessions of reading. What can I say, I´m speechless.
If it were me to decide (sadly it´s not), I´d say screw the official developement of the story and go on with your version of it. It´s been great so far and there´s still so much left open, it´s pure evil not to go on. I´ll keep my eyes on you.

I hope you still read reviews for this story, considering it´s labeled complete, but, anyways, it´s time for an intermediate review.

I´ve only recently come to watch the new BSG series (season one of it, that is, and the movie) and heven´t read many stories regarding it, but this one is really great so far. You keep close to the characters, that well, actually, that I can almost visualize it playing out on screen. I hope it´ll keep up the standart.

So, that was an initial impression for now, I have to get back to reading.

Whoa! That abrupt ending freaked me out: "That's it?!" But of course, many of the best episodes are cliffhangers, and the same goes here. Hope to read more soon!

Great ending to the chapter; but I think what I liked best was that little bit of "normal" life with Billy and Dee's conversation.

That Ellen ... so evil. On the other hand, it was good to see Billy put one over on Zarek -- if the plan doesn't blow up in his face.

Good chapter. All about relationships, it seems ... which is what makes stories interesting, of course.

I just wanted to say that I really got sucked into the plot of this story, and look forward to finding out what's gonna happen next, especially with Ares and co.

Nicely done--well-written and generally well-paced. I particularly like how you've presented a real sense of suspense from the start, even though the events here have parallels in the show by now.

Voice is good, and that's the most important thing as far as momentum and interest are concerned. The only thing that slows it down early on is the introduction of so many new characters. But I certainly have no problem with any one character or your choice to include any one of them--just an overall effect thing. (And, yes...I get the Noah Drake joke. Plan to cast Rick in that part, then? *grin* Are all the names references?)

One question: can the Galactica "scan for life signs"? I don't think they can...would've made 'You can't go Home Again' a bit daft.
