I came here after reading Catch 22 by the Sh33p and loved this little fic a LOT. It was really moving. Every bit of it was well done, from the characterizations to your descriptive language. Really, really nice!

Well, this one was a little harder for me to get (possibly because I'm not such a big Lee fan), but it was well-written enough. It makes some sense as far as Lee's character goes, not that it really shows in canon, but somehow it fits with what we do see, helping explain why he's so driven.

Great story. I loved it, especially Lee, and we get to see a good look at his soul and what he is underneath all his craziness. Great writing. I especially loved: Rock Lee lies on Death's precipice. Something tells him that he will never be able to look away from it again, and for the first time...

He really understands why Maito Gai acts like an idiot.

Lee decides that, starting tomorrow, he'll start putting more effort into doing the same.
