abuseThat was a pretty good story. I thought it was funny - and that's fairly important to me!
Another reviewer already commented on your grammar/other errors, and I think it'd be a good idea if her/me/someone else did beta-read your stuff - it's a good story, and small errors like that just distract the attention of the reader from the actual content.
But it IS good. PLEASE update? *little dragon eyes* You haven't for so long, and I want to know what happens next!

abuseWell, that was and interesting chapter. Good to see that you've capitolized "Weyr." Quite good. A bit funny, too. I loved that part where he says "your role, go all misty eyed and beg me to take you to the Weyr."

But, you've got a lot of errors. I'll beta read it if you'd like, or of course you can ignore me when I say that you have spelling errors. Or, you can get a better spell-check. Or you can even get another person to beta read it.

Whatever you do, between is always in italics (in the books anyway.) I can't get those on this review, but you can get those in a story. It's that slanted writing, you know, where it's kind of... um... I dunno how to describe it. Even if I can't describe it, you still forgot to use it!

Just to recap, good story, spelling errors, I'll beta read, italics when you say "between."

abuseGreat story and great character, but you've got some problems.

Weyr is often capitolized. The following are examples of the correct times to capitolize Weyr and the correct times to leave it "weyr":

"Have you been to Benden Weyr?"

"This is just Ramoth's weyr."

"We have to give our tithes to the Weyr."

You see? This is just a guide because you've forgotten to capitolize when you need to.

Or, if you didn't get that, "Weyr" is the term for the hollowed out volcano (or anything else to serve the purpose) that houses many dragons, like Benden Weyr, Telgar Weyr, Southern Weyr, Fort Weyr, High Reaches Weyr and Yung Weyr (I have no experience with Yung Weyr so correct me if I'm wrong!) And "weyr" is the term for that wich houses a single dragon and rider, such as a bedroom.

But, it's still a good story so please keep going!

Anyway, update soon!
