I love Hornblower and Titanic, and when I first began reading this, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the strange twist of fate for the four seamen have made for a very enjoyable read. Even the chapter titles were entertaining! Still, you stopped writing in one of the most problematic spots. Everything has just built up to the climax. The two displaced people have been discovered, but how the rest of the crews will deal with them, or even if they'll get back to their own ships in their own time remains an enigma. Please start writing again! I would really like to finish reading this story!

Awww, no more? and nine years ago? :( This is so completely awesome, which i didn't expect because I really wasn't horribly fond of Titanic. As a result, your initial author's note appealed to me very much.

I've just read this from Chapter 1 to Chapter 14 and love it.

You've captured the character's well and kept humour all throughout the story.

I'd love to read more, but seeing as you haven't updated since 2001 I cannot see that happening.

Seeing that it have been 7 years now, since you have updated this, I am not very hopeful, that you will update this again. Of course it would be nice, but it doesn't matter, if you don't. I love this story nevertheless. Sometimes I was laughing out loud and I just couldn't stop. Great story!

I've just finished reading this beginning to end and I think it's brilliant. The crossover just seems to fit so perfectly and I love the humour in it. Just wondering though is this where it ends or are there any plans to finish it?:)

Hi; I've just finished reading this story from beginning to end, and you've no idea how much I enjoyed reading it! However, I was wondering; are you going to continue the story, or at least tie it off neatly? because it's kind of at a cliffhanger at the moment. :)

And i cant beleive that Ioan Gruffard ( sorry if i spelt it wrong ) was also in Titanic the film the one with Leonardo Dicaprio i mean i tottaly missed that part but when i saw Lowe i thought to my self that i new him from something and that i recognize the voice but i didn't give it much thought now. i wacthed it again to see Lowe and now there's 2 people in it i like but one of them Jack he dies and i love him so much ( i mean Leonardo ):(

Thank you for this story...it's sweeter than heaven to finally see fiction on here that doesn't have to do with "Titanic" the movie, but with the real people, and the fact that you put the historical Titanic with Hornblower...gorgeous!

Certainly is an interesting premise for a story and I give you kudos for that. Not to mention that it gives kennedy a way out on the Renown to fix that little Retribution problem huh? I'd like to see where you take this.
