robertwnielsen 11/7/10 . chapter 9
Loved how you worked in an apology from Cait's father to String - Patrick is just doing (IMHO) what any good father would do - trying to protect his last baby girl. Very well done (as always).

Beautiful ending...so romantic. (And yes, I am a guy).

But, I'm also a sucker for Caitlin/Hawke stories, as you know. :)

I enjoyed this installment overall. I like that you introduced Jo in a realistic manner. It seemed very natural that Hawke would look out for Dominic after what had happened and that a favorite niece who is mentally stable would be a realistic option. The abrupt initial proposal seemed very in character for Hawke, and the reply seemed realistic for the Caitlin you have created in this fanfic universe.

However, I thought the second proposal seemed out of character for Hawke. I know that there are men who go to great lengths to make a memorable proposal. I have a co-worker who had the waiter bring a covered plate, you know, one of those great silver platters with silver domed covers, to their table and when his girlfriend lifted the cover, there was the ring box with the diamond solitaire. But I hadn't thought Hawke would be one to do something like that. I am interested in what inspired you to make Hawke do so, if you had a specific instance in a specific episode in mind, or if it just felt right or whatever.

By the way, selecting a favorite outfit counts as dressing up for a con :)

What else do you write besides Airwolf and Stargate? I am not familiar with the latter and it seems a bit extensive to get into just now, but I enjoy your writing and I would be interested in something I could follow with minimal "huh?" moments.

YAY! _

I admit the last proposal was sweeter than sweet, but I really thought the first one was in character. I could totally hear them, his rough "marry me" and her soft, stunned "okay..."

Jo rocks. I really liked seeing the three kids together.

Heh, Cait wanted romance...she sure got it, didn't she? _

Beautiful ending. Absolutely beautiful. Not just one, but two proposals! And we get to meet Jo and learn how she found out about Airwolf and the Lair. And you're continuing with Airwolf's bizarre behaviour. I'm very curious to see what comes of that. All-in-all, a very satisfying story that left a huge grin on my face. Thanks!

Eek for the dresses and boo on Fiona for bailing, big weenie girl...

And aw for Hawke and the baby.

AW is alive, ali-i-i-i-i-ive, I tell you.
trecebo 12/15/05 . chapter 7
That was quick and to the point, although, you could have spared us the bad guys alittle more by just having Hawke relay the convo and us not deal with hicks. But then, I did the same thing once to move a story along.
trecebo 12/15/05 . chapter 6
Skeery biscuits with the CIA and AW both trying to find peeps.
trecebo 12/15/05 . chapter 4
Again, nice use of the flashback, giving a glimpse of the brothers Grimm before the 'Nam.
trecebo 12/15/05 . chapter 3
Starting things rolling with a bang, I see. And a proposal to boot.
trecebo 12/15/05 . chapter 2
Bites nails at thought of tying 3 and 4 together. Can you do it and do it well? I am sure you can. I have few nails left. Make it good.
solarstar 12/15/05 . chapter 10
another great story
