ch 15,
abuseThese were truely fantastic. They showed so much insite into the Lilah/Wes relationship with so few words, and left some fantastic images. Kudos!

abuseI've just discovered these drabbles, much to my delight. You've captured the essences of Lilah and Wesley to perfection. The complicated combination of attraction and almost, repulsion. Two characters who know they shouldn't be together, but are.

Good job on all of them.

abuseInteresting thought, Lilah. You're right. He could have chosen better. RIP.

abuseI don't know if I agree with the Lilah characterization but the Wesley is spot-on. I love the bleak, sparseness of him. Its a interesting play on their relationship. The insercurity of Lilah is odd but understandable. I think it is appropriate with Wesley as she never seemed to be able to steady herself around him. Good job.

abuseI like Wes' distinction about the two spellings of grey/gray. I agree.

ch 8,
abuseInteresting concept of Wes as Psyche and Lilah as Eros. The underlying symbolism is right on. Well written!

ch 6,
abuseLilah is right; the rain of fire was in nobody's best interest. At least she survives it. Whom is she calling?

ch 7,
abuseSomehow I wouldn't have thought of Wes & Lilah with regard to The Princess Bride, but this is still a nice little vignette.

ch 5,
abuseYes, I think this is true; Wes does look more robust without his clothes, so I wish he'd taken them off more!

ch 5, anon.
abuseThis particular drabble ("Weakness") was especially good and true to the show. No one would have ever figured Wesley for a man of strength! Good work.

ch 4,
abuseI think I do understand why she broke first. She went into it headlong without really thinking, but she wasn't a truly evil person (Lady Macbeth, that is). I'd love to see a Macbeth starring a relatively young, attractive couple who lose everything--Christian Bale would make a fantastic Macbeth, I think: Gwyneth Paltrow would be an interesting Lady Macbeth; perhaps Alexis could be Banquo or Macduff! Wes is right. Lilah wouldn't break. Good use of Macbeth and the quotes here.

ch 1,
abuseThis seems to be very much in character for both of them. Good story.
