I never know quite what to make of your stories--they need more editing, but they are fantastic glimpses of what might have been. I can believe this could have happened, all the way.

It's a wonderful story.

Such a wonderfully written story, as always. Loved it, flowed very well and was just a beautiful piece to read. Kind of unsettling when reading the drunk driving part that the news was reporting a story about that. Very sad then too, but I was infinately glad the story ended up happy.

I have to admit I almost stopped reading at first because I thought it was just another 'Grissom and Sara happily married' story. But thankfully, I kept reading, and I'm so glad I did. It was a surprise that they got divorced (well, kinda) and it made Grissom's thoughts about single men really sad. Your characterization of Gabe was wonderful. And the ending was lovely :) Wonderful story!

LOVED it! loved the friendly banter between sara and grissom. gabe and simon were so adorable! i always love the fluffiness of your fics and this one certainly did not disappoint (although the beginning wasnt all that happy, it only made the ending even better!) cant wait for your next fic, or update of "baby"! thanks for posting this

I found it a little hard to follow at first because I didn't realize it was AU and not just a future fic. But it was very well written. The tone and pacing were perfect and the characters emotions were palpable throughout.

Your character analysis, care of Gabe, was spot on. And I really liked Sara's comment about how Grissom didn't 'date' his TAs.

Beautiful story... absolutely wonderful. I loved the emotion that you put into it, and the way that Grissom was so very true to character... passive is the understatement of the decade! I had a little trouble following the dialogue in some places... you had Gabe walking up unnoticed and piping up, and sometimes I got a little lost about who was saying what... but as a rule the story was amazing. I'm still a little lost on the shotgun wedding, TA stuff... but I'll chalk it up to creative license . You deserve that. Thanks for a lovely morning read. -Crys-
