This was one of the best stories I have ever read! During every minute that I was reading, I was mentally picturing the story happening as if it were a movie! (on that note, I would like to see this story made into a movie!) I thought it was clever how they killed Apotheosis with the 747 engine! You did a great job on the whole thing, and for that, I congragulate you! Can't wait for the sequel! (P.S. I loved how you made the preview for the sequal sound like a movie trailer!)

I'm enjoying the story so far, even though I've never played any of the RE games before. I thought I'd mention a mistake you made here, though: Vin couldn't have killed Will with the grenade launcher like he did. 40mm rifle-launched grenades have a safety feature that prevents them from arming before they reach a certain minimum distance after firing (about 45 feet, if I recall correctly). Shooting someone point-blank with a M203 like that will leave a really nasty bruise/fracture, but the round won't detonate. But, theoretically speaking, if the round /did/ go off, Vin certainly wouldn't live to tell the story; those grenades will kill anything within fifteen feet of their point of detonation, and will maim anything within fifty feet. Being that close to the explosion would leave both parties as little more than red mist.

That was intense, I love just about everything about it. There were some differences between your G-virus and how it's described in Wikipedia, but then again I'm not an expert on the Resident Evil game series. :P

I was great creating this story in the KP universe, Though I found I strange that Kim played a much smaller part that I expected. She relenqushied the claim to star character to, your OC, Vin rather quickly. I know Vin was the only one who truly understood the sitch but Kim became a secondary character too quickly only following Vin's lead. She stands out only when she puts her virus enhancments to use.

Aside from that I really did enjoy this story. Vin was so resourceful and collected yet still so human throughout the story. I did a good job with you descriptions and very infomative and everything weapons and RE related.

I, of course, intend to read you sequal to this story. I hope to enjoy it as much as I enjoy this story.

I think Vin is my favorite original character. I liked him better than Chris, Jill or Carlos from the original game series. Sure he's foul-mouthed but who wouldn't be after going what he went through? Without him, the story would have been too cheesy.

The gang dying was very sad. I think Felix's was the worst. Glad Will got his in the end. What a finish!

My only complaints are these: Kim getting powers and too many spelling errors. Kim is tough enough without enhanced speed and strength, I think. It's just too much. And there are alot of grammatical errors throughout the story. See if you can fix them later on.

Some of the best lines in fanfic are written here. Most of the from Vin, no surprise there. I can't wait to read the sequel.

I can't say I'm keen on the whole Kim getting powers bit. I hated the Resident Evil movies because of just that. It's supposed to be about survivors, not super-human warriors kickboxing monsters and zombies. Anyway, I feel a sting of pain whenever one of the characters dies. Monique and Josh was just sad. They both died because of one stupid mistake. While I hate Will, having him come back was a good twist, though yet, do not like the powers bit. I haven't played RE in a long time so alot of these things are coming back to me. (The funniest part, having them come into the room and finding the typewriter).
