The concept alone would win major points, but this is well-written to boot! Very emotional... brings back memories of staying up all night with Tetris, which gave a nice double-meaning to the third quatrain.

Ha! Such a beautiful piece of work about such a non-literary, non-traditionally inspiring subject! It almost makes me wax nostalgic about the first block I set upon that vast and endless floor, waiting for its companion to take it to a place far better, far brighter than there...

Wow. I saw Tetris as one of the game categories, and I thought, "How the heck does someone write a story about tetris?"

im too lazy to log in or remember what my password is. but i do want to tell you that this is cool. i can barely choke out a sonnet assigned for class, and here you are, writing one freestyle, about TETRIS. thats pimpin` right there.
