Plus will they tell each other that they love one another PLEASE. Anyway, I liked this story, it was short and very sweet. It did remind me of the feelings of Christmases long ago- course they weren't as nice as Starfire's and Robin's were. I don't know how you could improve this one, since the quality and sensitivity had to be described quickly to convey the intensity of their interactions. Longer? A follow up with a wonderful New Year's Eve, with candles and champagne maybe? Maybe it goes well until he or she gets too close and the other is afraid and runs...temporarily though- Spring will come with a new and solid love for them?
These are just my ideas of how to proceed with more for a continuation of this intensity. These are very sweet people- how old are they? I like the fact that it is not too abstract with people glowing, mystical and vague. As WE know, life sure isn't any kind of fantasy and I like to read your realism in this story. Sally
