I'm not going to go back and count, but that sounded too much like Tolkien for my liking. I never did like this kind of overly descriptive writing. Still, you said it wasn't all supposed to be taken seriously. It was simply designed to allow you to abuse metaphors. It certainly did that. Still, nice fic. I liked the part where 'Sephone talks about the light bringing out her flaws. It's not something you'd think a goddess would consider, being the epitome of perfection and all. | ung kvinnlig filmstjarna 2006-02-07 ch 1, | abuseI really like this. The myth is one of my favorites. It reminds me of a lot of Gothic stories, like Phantom of the Opera and wot not. The only down-side of this fic is the including of modern slang such as ‘okay’ and ‘alright’. They were a bit jarring and out of character with the rest of the fic.
