What a fantastic description. I always imagined from the way it was described in the books that Edmund had that kind of role, but I never knew the words to put it into before now. Thankies! I thought that the alcoholism thing was really good. I thought it was perfect, and a brilliant story about the things C.S.Lewis glossed over. Not that he wrote it wrong, of course. The very last line was brilliant. It summed up the whole fic in eight perfect words. Lauren x
