I'm so glad it ended happily like this. I was really worried that Heero would die, Duo would go kill more people, and then get shot by Wufei before any of the truth was known.

I want Heero to help Duo with out having to kill him. I think that Duo would be completely horrified to find out he was killing all those people. (I don't want Duo to be a bad guy! WA!)

First time i read this fic. Interesting begining. Duo is no more.
I guess the seeds of corruption was sown long ago as Duo said but started to sprout after the 200 incidence. Though Heero was quite clear that he loved Duo (?past tense), Heero however did not reassure duo's insecurites by what Shinigami had said. Heero probably went back to Relena for some time ...? Duo having lost all hope and have no one to fall back on (he gave much but received nothing?) gave up and let Shini takes over?

I read this whole story over a
While I enjoyed most of it, (and thank you for spending so much time on writing it) I just could not get around the obvious plot holes.
How could Duo be suspected of killings that took place while he was in surgery and confined to a hospital, with Heero in attendance the whole time?
A scythe is a huge weapon, how could Heero think Duo is carrying this thing around on their missions and he does not notice?
Every one thought this was a split personality problem, but these facts should have ruled out Duo as a suspect!!
I spent the rest of the story waiting to see if the holes would be fixed, and was hopefull at the end, when Heero woke up in the hospital, that the whole thing was a nightmare, and that Heero had really been wounded in that first mission, (hey, it worked on Dallas!). That was the only thing that would have saved it for me. But no!!You mention in the end that a suspect was found with a minature scythe, so they were going to pin the blame on him, but forensic's already identified the murder weapon as a real scythe, (thus implicating Duo), not a small, curved bladed weapon that a minature scythe would be identified as.
I liked the dialog and mission specs, even though Heero was a bit ooc. I liked your Trowa and wished there were more of him, and the other guys were well done, but the story was longer than it needed to be. But hey, you really have potential, just watch out for plot holes next time, OK?
