You accomplish quite a feat in this fic: you focus on the side characters, but maintain the excitement of the E/C pairing at the same time! I like that everybody seems to know how dull they are compared to our heroes and want in on the exciting forbidden action too, and that Erik (ever the savvy business man) is happily milking them and laughing all the way to the bank. The managers have been linked in fics before, and often in a contrived sort of way. But here the road is so well paved for this pairing that it's cute and pulled off well. Congrats on an original, well written and entertaining story. |
