| RedHairRurouniFan 2008-05-20 ch 1, | abuse*sniff, sniff* That was so sad. Kenshin's so angsty and he goes through so much. Poor Ken-chan. He needs Kaoru to be there for him. And she always will, as long as he lets her. ~RHRF |
| evilteddybear 2007-06-02 ch 1, | abuseWhether it's written in the form of great poetry or not, you managed to make your point, and convey your meaning. It's a very insightful piece. It's often hard to try to capture what Kenshin's thinking/feeling, mysterious swordsman that the mangaka made him. Thank you for your time and effort! |

| Anonymous but very interest... 2006-01-08 ch 1, anon. | abuseHi. What a sad, beautiful poem. I have not finished the manga - in fact, I've only seen a little - so I would not know whether anime Kenshin or manga Kenshin is more realistic. But I do know that he loves Kaoru!! ^_^ At least, I'm quite sure that he does. This poem is kind of sad in the way that Kenshin keeps asking Kaoru to look away. =( She doesn't, though. She never does, I don't think. If you get what I mean. In the anime, Kenshin never really did admit his feelings to Kaoru. In the OVA, yes, but the OVA was quite different to the manga, from what I heard. In the manga, they married, or so I heard. And I'm glad that they did. I wouldn't want Kaoru to pine after Kenshin and never get married. And Kenshin...would, I think, be very happy married to Kaoru. Thank you for sharing this poem. Good luck! ^_^ |
