Well written story, but quite confusing context. Not quite sure why this is "the last time". Perhaps clarification would make the story more clear? Just a suggestion.

Oh yes, the one last time, not doing this again tryst. I'm sad to say I know it well. You've captured the push and pull of the moment well, and the details that suggest Kakashi came straight from moission to Iruka's bed are nicely drawn.
