Really well expressed, and the dialogue was brilliant in it really being a vehicle to express Stella's fears and Mac's reassurances in relation to those. I don't know how you managed to write all the hurt, fear, hope and desire that Mac and Stella felt and still keep them in character, but you did. You did an amazing job with characterisation. I like the hesitation from Stella at the beginning but it was nice to watch her open up to him towards the end. I could picture this whole story in my head as i was reading it. I was scared for a moment that she was going to keep runing from Mac. Also love the tag line for the story it adds to the tension the feeling that she may walk out or that this will end badly. So glad it didnt.
