This is quite simply the best fanfiction centered on Fayt and Albel I've read. I really hope that you've got some intention of continuing it at some point. The plot has me guessing, it's going to keep me up at night. Quite unfortunate really... Anyway. You should continue with this. Your skill is evident.

o_O Wow. Wowwowwow. I'm probably supposed to say something coherent now, so here goes...

The idea of the scourge testing Albel again to ensure he deals with his past is very unique concept, but I believe it is one that works. Albel isn't the type to go telling his secrets to random people, after all. And it is very sweet the way he seems to have a connection with Fayt, and yet tries to push out of it.

So, I really enjoyed your writing, which was very good btw, and I hope to see more of this. ^^

Really good story, can't wait until you update! I thought the fake Cliff was real until he said,"Have a good fuck or two" about Fayt. I stop and I'm like,"Wtf? That's not Cliff...can't be." XD

Lol, I thought the fake Cliff was real most of the time, but then started suspecting the OOC-ness of his dialogue meant something was up... XD My gawd, and that description of Albel's arm being ripped off made my own arm feel weird. O_o *No! Not the right arm!* Any injuries to do with the arm or hand make me feel icky, especially when wrists, blades and cutting are involved. ^^; (I blame TV for that one, damn idiot box... >_> ) And I'm surprised Albel hasn't gotten completely insane yet, for I definitely would crack if I couldn't distinguish between dream and reality anymore - lol, I guess I'm made of less elastic stuff. XD I've seen the dream/reality theme a few times in anime and it always leaves me with a weird feeling... *X-Files music plays* >_>

I feel just as frustrated as Fayt at Albel's brick-headedness but one of the good things about Fayt is his stubbornness, and I'm glad you highlighted that. XD Bah, and the evil cliff hanger ploy eh? O_O Fine, it worked, I'll mope around waiting... XD
