It could have just been a sarcastic comment instead of obscene. Aside from that, a little bit of show instead of tell- would most people think 'I'm mostly emotionally scarred from this' insead of...well, something more ture-to-life. I guess the main problem there is that the characters sometimes think like an emotionalless omniscient narrator, and sometimes as their true-to-life-terrified selves. The hall beyond was white... "What a big white hall," Barry muttered... |

The discussions of canablistic behavior seem a little calm, even from a newspaper. However, the story is gripping, even to somebody who knows almost literaly nothing about Residant Evil- can't wait to see the next chapter! |
