I especially like that Terry takes the initiative, since in so many stories it seems like it's all up to Don to say or do something and Terry is just supposed to stand around and wait. She never seemed like the passive type to me, and both members of a relationship bear equal responsibility to make it happen - or not happen. Anyway, thanks for a grown-up read, really well written.
