i randomly came across this story today and I'm hooked i was so disappointed when i saw that it hadn't been updated in years are you going to write an ending!?!?!

I just stumbled on this, and I can't wait to continue reading! I loved your characterization--really spectacular. Not to mention Leia's unconscious thoughts about Han all the time, and the addition of Simon, a character I'd really love to know more about. Well, I'm off to read more!

Agh! Where's the rest?! This is an amazing story and it just stops here?! I can see that it's been years since this was updated, but I hope you're getting this message. I've read a hell of a lot of fanfic in my day and I've never come across one quite like this. You have an amazing gift here to tell a story--the timing, the dialog, the characterization, the tension, all of it. I've been unable to put it down, and it just stops here. PLEASE consider finishing this--it's worth it.

This idea has been done before (haven't they all?) but you're bringing something new to it. And your style is lovely and smooth, a pleasure to read. And I have a ton of chapters yet to go!

Update - PLEASE? This is really a great story, but it's just plain cruel to "end" it like that. I know from experience that sometimes a writer just gets stuck or tired of a story, but I just need some closure =) It doesn't even have to be too long, I'm not picky. So, anyway, I'd love it if you would update this story, it really is quite good.

I just spent all last night and this morning reading your fanfic and I absolutely love it.

What you do well:
1.)Han as a dad - could be hard to pull off but you do it flawlessly. I get this big stupid grin on my face when he interacts with Bailey.
2.)Leia - I am so happy you don't have her constantly sreaming. Some authors do and I think 'why do they think all she does is yell'? Anyhow...I think Leia is behaving (in your story) exactly how she would.
3.) Leia and Han together - although I would not be offended if you elaborated even further on their interaction *waggles eyebrows*
4.) Chewie - I love the idea of Chewie telling Bailey all about his dad and making him out to be a hero. This is what would happen...completely believable and I have never really cared too much about Chewie and now I do.
5.) Bad guys - I really , really hate Simon
6.) Dialogue

What you need to improve upon:
I'm not a writer how would I know? (I'm a reader and a huge H/L fan and I am depending on good fanfic because I don't like the Eu crap...still...they do usually have endings)Please just update you're absolutely wonderful story. It is too good to abandon and It is just plain mean to let Han bleed to death or die of infection. And think of the child! He's only six years old, don't let Simon win.
