Hmm..interesting, I liked it. Lol i loved this line: Sasuke probably felt pretty stupid:

Heh. Heheheh. I like these.
Particularly the second one. The storytelling is nice- especially the way you opted to use story breaks instead of dialogue for the bouts of narration.

... The first one is interesting too though. The concept of Kabuto not actually needing glasses is one that I like a lot. (I mean... how come its not thought of more often? Badass medinin should not have to live with vision impairment.)

Okay, so I would go on and should, because these deserve it, but I need to put my analyzation into the essay that they distracted me from, so I'll have to bid farewell.

Nicely done! The humor is very well done, as is the Dango/Anko bit.

I'd like to make one complaint, however; if Kabuto was presumed dead, how was he still present at the Chuunin Exams with no suspicion? 'Cuz if he was supposed to be dead, that kind of complicates how he's going to take the Chuunin exams, find Sasuke, talk to Baki, and all that stuff.

Oops. I just read the part in the story summary about there being only 2 parts to this...heheheh...man I'm slow...still, if you were to consider continuing it...*hopes*

I kept stopping and staring at the screen at all the wonderful twists in the story. Dango being a girl was enough to make me choke on my drink...though in hindsight, I was pretty dumb not to realize Anko was Dango even after her gender was revealed ^_^"

I'm a huge fan of "Laid," but this was the story and the chapter that inspired me to put you on my favorite authors list. What a creative way to explore Anko, Kabuto, and Shizune's backstory! I love it when authors take minor characters and expand on their personal histories in a way that just seems to blend seamlessly with the actual storyline. You write well in Shizune's voice. And do you know, I was completely taken aback when Dango revealed herself to be Anko...how slow am I!

I liked that. You should make more. It was funny.
