DianeB 2006-02-12 ch 1,	abuseWe mustn't be too angry about the final treatment of Jadzia Dax, as it wasn't her fault - it was Terry Farrell's. She threatened to walk out if she wasn't given more money, TPTB said no, so she left. And so TPTB killed her without any further resolution. At least Denise Crosby left without making any threats. This was post-Roddenberry Trek, unfortunately, and the producers/writers did not necessarily care that much about what the fans thought. That said, I'm glad you wrote some resolution for Jadzia, and I'm particularly enamored of the final scene between Ezri and Jadzia. Oh, that we all could be provided this kind of reassurance and encouragement from someone who has passed. Well done.
jadz 2006-01-26 ch 1,	abuseOne of the things that irked me about DS9 while it was on the air was how much Jadzia's character was undeveloped. They couldn't even give her a proper funeral scene! Heck, even Tasha Yar's character got some "closure" after her ignoble death by a pool of tar. Anyway...your story fills in that "missing scene" rather nicely. Thank you!
