Ok hav you eve been to Boston? If you have you'll know that there is always people around walking on the streets and someone would have found him and called and ambulance...or try to kill him. Also what ally was he in? If it was the side ally to the tipton there would be a door leading out to there for the guy that beat him up to just so happen to stumble upon him. Following this how did the guy find him? Did he follow him? because you never stated how he got out because WHO THE HELL IS IN A BACK ALLY IN BOSTON?! Your basically makeing Cody the damaged little victim.
