Okay, I know this is from over a year ago, but I saw it only had 10 reviews and thought it definitely needed at least one more.

I love your Rocky in this. He's older, and comes across as slightly bitter with the world. And the longing that he expresses for Jason really comes across as truly genuine. The way the story's told, you can't really tell who it is until the very, very end, which keeps you reading so you can figure out who it is. I think, too, that this is the first Rocky/Jason fic I've seen, and it's got me curious about the pairing.

WOW. Sierra, wow. I had no idea how great you could write until you linked me to this story. By far the best portrayal of a potential Rocky/Jason situation. Wow. I'm still trying to process it all. Complete and utter awesomeness.

This is... unusual. Its not the the normal slash pairing, but I see how they could be harboring feelings for one another. Spiffy job.

Well, well, well . . . this was a pleasant surprise to find this morning! :D

And a very sad one at that. You know I hate you for being so good at this, right? I felt so bad, for both of them! When you were talking about all that little Jason had been through . . . and then of course we all understand what it’s like to be in love with him and know he can’t be ours!

I loved the flashbacks in between scenes, they all followed his train of thought, none of them stood out, and I like the mix of happy and sad ones. And I also like how you only had a little bit of the song in there, just to set the mood :) And nice job keeping the person secret, I wouldn’t have known had I not known already :D

Welcome to the slash side - and a nice job, too! I assume that last part gave away who the protagonist is. Not a common pairing but a good one, and I liked the sad theme of unrequited love and the ups and downs in their lives you put them through. Very good work!
