the story itself was a bit weak, but I guess comparing it to The Substitute or The Memory chest just isn't fair. :-)

Great depiction of Ron: I can't really see him as a dedicated and serious Auror. And he'd have to be dedicated and serious to be one. :-)
I want my Snape redeemed, though. (I'm not criticising, it is just my personal preference). The solution with the DoM secret room/door was just so obvious, it felt really strange that JKR didn't use it. Great chapter.

A great start! Harry seems like a very nice person. The family love is very much present in this scene. The nightmare scenarion felt real.

An odd little story.

Reminds me that Harry really should have done more to destroy the Resurrection Stone Deathly Hallow. You wouldn't want some Death Eater to wander through the Forbidden Forest, notice a glint of metal or polished stone on the forest floor, pick it up and turn it over three times while wanting the Dark Lord back. You wouldn't think you'd have to worry about such an improbable set of circumstances, but with felix felicis anything is possible.

Malfoy was definitely nutters- - -to bring someone back from the dead to just kill them again really is "beyond the pale". Itwas a very good concept.

Loving Lily so much that he turned to good but he still wasnt a good person ...

Keeping Harry safe only for Lily while actually either hating him of not caring for him at all ...

Its like he IS EVIL , but ultimately decided to be on the side of good ... but still evil ... O_o

I think Harry was wrong about him being one of the bravest men he knew .

He was just a man that held on to his decision and promise .
