This was great! I can just imagine the high jinks that would ensue between John and Rodney. I have to ask though, and this is to other readers of this great fic. Can you not hear Jerry Seinfeld in this fic? Can't you just hear him talking like John was? "That’s right people, fear me." "You are all under my protection. My every whim, I can make you do." Cause really, am I the only one?

I'd love to see the oneupsmanship contests that just HAD to go on between John and Rodney, as well as other geeks and goons. *snort* I remember this one fantastic story about the 101 ways to wake Dr. Daniel Jackson, and it was friggin hysterical! Ended up being a slash story about Jack and Daniel, too, which was the cherry on top of the sundae.
Hey, you feeling inspired enough to write a fic of the various ways John and Rodney could prank each other? I can so see there being a betting pool set up for each prank, since I'm sure others would find out what happens. Not to mention all of the pranks the subordinates would be playing on each other... *chortle*

tho I seldom review anymore, I just had to tell you that this was one of the funniest stories I've read in awhile. The characterization was perfect, the dialog excellent, and every word made it all so very visual.
I had a smile on my face all the way thru it, and actually laughed out loud at the end.
Thanks so much for sharing such a delightful story.

Now there's a reason for Rodney to be on the team that I had not considered at all. Funny! ^_^
