even more sad than "The long road ahead". - and now i'm mad that i didn't read them in order. but, oh well. i find a story, and i read it, and then i check the author's page for other interesting stories and the like.
i like how you kept switching from the past to the present, so Reno could be insulted by Elena or Rude. *grins* horribly depressing angst is good to read, but a little bit of humor always helps to keep it from being way to depressing. and now i'm off to read four seasons, and then i'll waiting. (waiting is a wip, so im going to save it for last)

I'm usually really critical about TsengxRufus fics because all too often their personalities are skewed horribly, however I rather like the way you write them.

I keep wandering back over here to see if you've updated or added any new fics.

sf already said it, but I think this entire thing would have worked better had you used flashbacks instead of Reno's narration since I almost felt myself zoning out around the middle of chapter three because of the narration.

I do have a tiny little question ... is there more to what's between Tseng and Rufus. Yes, yes ... I'm an evil TsengxRufus fangirl, that's why I asked.

I'm really enjoying this -- all three chapters, and like Elena, I really, really want to know what happened to Rufus and Tseng while Rufus was in Junon. ^_^

Just a suggestion? Perhaps you could use flashbacks for future chapters for a change in style, instead of having Reno narrate the whole thing?

Please continue! This is a good start, and Turk centered storys are always the best ^_^ I really like how this is going.
