 minorcadence 2006-05-03 . chapter 2fantastic!
Judge Q. Pidd, ingenious, i'm cacking myself over here - what a great idea!
cant wait to read the next chappie... i'd LOVE to hear what little A.J has to say! |
BrittanyLS 2006-04-02 . chapter 9I loved this! Thank you so much for this story!! |
karen 2006-03-01 . chapter 9 yeaah !! review no i50..really liked ur story..dont know if anyone else has answered this but tiner was there when AJ was born...he fainted " like a girl" when he had to check how far harriet was dialated |
 starryeyes10 2006-02-24 . chapter 9great story. |
marineJAG 2006-02-21 . chapter 9Yay! What a lovely ride it was to the end. You did a real good job with this! It's too bad it came to and end though. Perhaps may we see something build off of this story!? Just a thought. :D I really enjoyed reading your story, again, good job! Keep up the good work. :) |
Abigaile 2006-02-20 . chapter 9That was EXCELENT! I loved it the whole thing. I wonder if anyone will ever slip? |
Peggy 2006-02-20 . chapter 7 I live in San Diego - major Navy/Marine town and I love all things JAG - especially our Dynamic Duo. My twos curl when those two look at each other that 'certain way'. Thanks for this fun read. |
McRose 2006-02-20 . chapter 9Not quite the ending I thought it would be. I thought Harm would propose in the courtroom, taking the ring from the chain around his neck that has his dogtags on it. But this was quite satisfying too!
To answer your question - for 25 yrs, I was from wherever the Navy sent me, starting in Norfolk...I ended my active duty JAG career in San Diego (I recently retired from active duty), where I've stayed and am now working for the Navy as a civilian employee.
For the epilogue I hope you'll write -- who was the prosecutor? Diane Schonke, who's followed their careers and exploits from Heaven? Neither Carolyn Imes nor Faith _ knew their lives well enough. |
McRose 2006-02-20 . chapter 8I thought Renee was being cast as Cupid but "angel-in-training" isd almost as good.
I would have had the prosecutor call Harm and then Mac as witnesses, administer the oath, ask the necessary questions(s), remind them that they're under oath ...and we know what the answers would have to be! |
McRose 2006-02-20 . chapter 7Sturgis and Harriet - priceless and totally in character. A.J.'s explanation for his actions when Harm resigned are a little different from the interpretations other authors have used -- although there are some holes, it works, overall.
The tatoo is a cute add-on. Seems to me that each group of witnesses and the recesses are acting as catalysts for Harm and Mac to resolve things themselves (with justa little help form their frinds ...)(Smile). |
McRose 2006-02-20 . chapter 6While some of your facts are not exactly correct (what happened on the show), yo've captured the essence of the characters and their actions. |
McRose 2006-02-20 . chapter 5Renee was in character ...but it was Tiner who was priceless -- I always figured he saw the kiss -- and that A.J. may have also seen it! |
McRose 2006-02-20 . chapter 4I can't help thinking about what the cross-examinations would have been. This is a really clever, over-all- well-thought-out piece. |
McRose 2006-02-20 . chapter 3Q. Pidd is good -- particularly in denying Harm and Mac the right to cross-examination the witnesses.
You haven't told us -- who's the TC (trial counsel) (prosecutor to you civilians)? It's not A.J. - you've used "she." |
McRose 2006-02-20 . chapter 2I somehow missed this extremely clever piece when it first posted so am just now reading the entire story in one sitting.
Missing from this chapter - Chloe and Mac's priceless exchange: "Can your best friend be your boyfriend?" "Sometimes... if you're really lucky."
All Harm and Mac ever really needed to do was realize that that in real life, you make your own luck, rather than wait for it to find you. |
