I like the calm and easy atmosphere you've woven here. Far, far cry from the violence and grief (and mindless fangirlines!) of the usual RK fare. Which is DEFINITELY not a bad thing.

Very nice! It seems to just beg to be continued. This would make a great beginning to a longer Aoshi/Meg AU story. I'm just dying to know what happens when he returns the blanket!

I always envy those who can write a good one-shot...I can't seem to do so coz'...

but, as to why I really like this one-shot, it's because I think of it as the first marking of a potentially great relationship between the two...( and a great job on the wording too..)

Aww. I wish I'd seen this earlier. TOO SWEET. :) And I do think the overall feeling of the theme comes across perfectly. Having it set at night and everything, and the main event as Aoshi's sleeping/waking... I think the mood/atmosphere has got it down pat.

I LOVE AoshixMeg fics. This particularly, though short, was quite enjoyable. A an update? A sequel? Please? ANYTHING AoshixMeg. I'll even stand for a poem.

I loved it. The words were simple, and yet, you have manage to make'em flow over the screen. It was a beautiful text, and i loved the theme. Aoshi certainly needs comfort once in a while. ]

A very pretty picture and very pretty scene. I imagine an AU nonangst!Aoshi and nonangst!Megumi's courtship would be exactly like that-subtle, serious, and sweet brushes with each other, one after another.
