It was both good and bad. Zim is usually tolerant of GIR's foul-ups, and GIR seemed too coherant to be GIR. Zim thinking that he could take over the world with a parrot was great, however. Ms. Bitters was in top form. And thank you for having the petshop lady hit by a car. That's exactly what people like her deserve!
