Harry is nothing more than a whiny little b!@#$ who refuses to accept the fact that the future he knows WILL NOT HAPPEN! Most readers can only take so much f#($!ing misplaced self-pity. It doesn't make Harry seem more 'believable' or 'human' just pathetic. He needs to GET OVER HIMSELF and actually take an active role in preventing his FORMER future. As of several chapters ago this story has become tiresome and annoying. I was hoping the tone would change, but so far it's a no go. I'm afraid you've lost a reader.

What I had read before I checked was interesting, and fairly well written, but I'm not going to be able to continue your fic. You never finish anything! Some of your fics have been in the pipeline for almost four years, and frankly, that's ridiculous.

I've never seen him make such different impressions. Most that I have read end up with already well into the Hogwarts schooling or simply repeating everything exactly the same except for some big events. Besides, I have a feeling that something will happen before the year is over, specifically because of the foreshadowing right at the end of this chapter, not-to-mention the slightly anti-climatic end of Quirrell and the still unresolved/unknown deal with Ron. What was happening with Ron anyway? I was absolutely stunned when I read Ron offering to read over the summer. Please update soon, I am very curious as to many different unrevealed parts of this story.

Of course... no my eyes are probably wishing cosmic retribution or something... but totally worth it! And you want to know something funny (well okay, maybe not so funny... but a little weird) when I got to this chapter I was like... huh... what year is he in again? FIRST! I can't even IMAGINE what you have planned for the other years! So... I know this is probably super annoying... but please update (I am trying to exclude the ever irritating 'soon') within... err... the year? I dunno... but I really really want to read some more... in fact I'll probably reread this... so keep up the good work!

I like how Harry has the normal reactions now thanks to the magical creatures (which I loved) and how he has a confidant in Remus and the dream he made up about Sirius and how the Malfoy family is nicer and how Snape is nicer and the little details like the house elves helping him with his diet and care and how angry Malfoy was with Macnair and how Harry was under his portection in his house. Please update soon!
