I liked this. I had to read it several times to decide if I liked it or not. lol.

I think you could do a whole fic on Rodney and Kavanaugh talking/bonding. I liked the part with Rodney/Liz at the end, and wish you'd gone on longer. Maybe covered the coffee trip and their conversation.

Good use of Kavanagh. A mirror image of how Rodney was and could be without his team dynamic. You see ol' Rod in the previous SG1 eps and he has as much warmth as ol' Kav. Glad they let him grow up. Nice tag.

I really like you story but you should have been writing more about Kavanagh and McKay's discussion... I've been listening to this song of Simon and Garfunkel, and I had thought aout writing something... But here you are. Nice work! I, as well, do believe that this song is perfect for Rodney...
