I am disturbingly in awe of this fic. I mean, quite personally, I could never see this happen...but hey, fanfic isn't meant to be canon, is it? And quite frankly - very in character. You have some beautiful twists in here - Semirhage, the torturer liking pain herself, and of course, Casduane, "breaking" herself before managing to "break" Semirhage. One does forget that this kind of thing is just as damaging to the torturer...ah. Well. This ramble was to say : firstly, a big THANKYOU for daring to write this. For even coming up with it. =P I love nothing more than an original pairing, as long as it's backed up, and here I come to point two: yours was. You've convinced me.
