Given that they don't seem to be close to each other all the time, it seems likely that they have been going through something similar to the witches initiation, but why not? You really don't leave any lose ends. The stone would explain how he keeps alive. Those silvery intstruments described by Rowling could just as easely be something from Jordan collage. Nice touch. In all, a very well written and highly imaginative story. |
