This is not the standard Harry/Luna story, the standard one is one where they have a funny/awkward/ or downright weird conversation, one that is filled with fluff and or cute little remarks. They all stick to the 'crazy' side of Luna while not paying much attention to her serious side. Your's is not the 'Standard Harry/Luna' story. This is GOOD!

It made a wonderful change to read something that has Harry and Luna portrayed so well and accurately. Don't get me wrong I love the funny/silly H/L stories but it's really hard to find a serious/semi-serious one that isn't smothered in angst.

Also the use of the dance was nice too, it's in alot of other stories but it actually works in yours. I loved how you drew attention to their similarities via the tit-for-tat conversation. ARGH! there's so much I could talk about here, but i'd be ranting... So I'll sum up now, your story was the BEST serious Harry/Luna story I've read.

I love this couple. It's so rare and sincere. Luna is just perfect for Harry. Like you said, She makes him laugh and see the world with another view.
The story it soo sweet and beautiful, and at the same time it was quite and slow like a dance and a good hug.

I really like this fic. It's sweet, cute, and not over-the-top. I'm very glad you stayed in character for luna. I hate the fics where they change her personality (either consciously or unconsciously). Luna OOC is just not Luna anymore.

Wow, this is wonderful! I like how you didn't do the whole crazy hormonal teenage thing and make Harry love Ginny then fall in love with Luna, but instead still have some feelings for her but push himself to move on. I think it is very well done and I should totally add it to my favorites!
