Ahh...I have often wondered about this as far as the Artemis/Holly ship goes, but you write it beautifully. Nice one-shot.

First of all: this fic isn't bad - it's actually quite good, although there's certainly not too much substance to it. I enjoyed reading it, and it gave me goosebumps. Which can't be a bad thing. :D

The concept is one that I consider very romantic - I actually wrote a very similar drabble myself - this explores what I left implied. And this is well written, the concepts you've explored are lovely (although it's slightly overplayed into melodrama in a couple of places) and Holly's memories of their relationship seem very IC.

The song is also well-chosen. Both the mood and the lyrics are appropriate. My nitpick would be that there is too much of it for the fic - songfics work best when there is massively less lyrics than fic, otherwise people go "blah, blah, song, blah blah - all right then, done".

Things I would suggest: Remove repeats of lyrics, cut out a verse, or just put an appropriate verse or two at the top of the fic rather than interspersing. Also, you could do a little more paragraphing of the fic in between the lyrics to space it out (otherwise people's eyes skip past the fic parts because they're difficult to read).

Nitpicks:
"It was as if there hearts..." (their)
"Oh, to here him mutter some relentlessly dull mathematical formula!" (hear)
"despite there love" (their)
"...had so much life – it wouldn’t hurt so much, if he" (hanging paragraph)

This, this is the most breathtaking story I had ever seen. The song chosen was suitable, and the plot was good. Maybe if you merge with You're Beautiful, it will become the Ultimate Romance Fan Fic.
