it wasn't perhaps the most rational choice Hermione has made but it could help mend the rift. Severus will have to be acquainted with his daughter and maybe have to talk to hermione (and clear the air between them ?). I still don't understand why he left them.

I may be a Snape fan but I hope he'll get some retribution for his horrible behaviour, which I still don't understand : why did he walk out on his family ? I also hope Hermione will get some reward for her suffering.
