Right on. The main reason his charater came to mind is because he wrote 2 books with P.N. Elrod about a vamp character and yours sounds so much like him. I had just finished the 2nd one. Plus his char in FK kept such tabs on his "children", like Jennette and Nick. I could see him tracking down Dawn. He is formidiable Vampire. Can;t wait for more. t/c Jedi
