It's been a good while since I played Code Veronica, and I just finished playing Darkside Chronicles, going back into my RE phase XD And this fic is really cool so far ^^ I"ve been looking up the fanart too XD Yes, I am a bit of a fan of the Code Veronica pairing, and I plan to let out my own fanfic that takes place slightly after Degeneration and more or less during RE5, so I need your help. Do you accept this mission? ^^ I wouldn't mind if you also had this a bit updated too XD

It's wonderful to see that there are still some nice StevexClare fics being made, your payback time story was actually the first fanfic i ever read x3 yesh me has been your fan that long lol

This story touched me from the heart greatly, i enjoy reading people's althernate storys to a plot. Seeing it end badly was upsetting, but in a good way. I can imagine Clare would have felt helpless at that point, her pulling the trigger, poor girl. reminded me briefly of that Romeo and Juliet movie, you know with that guy from Titanic, i can never spell his name lol

But yesh i'm glad you had a sweetness overload! because it so worked. i think i felt a tear come to my eye T.T (didn't help i was listening to forgiven by within temptation, seriously listen to it, you'll understand why)

After seeing your work from years ago, you've improved greatly, =3 you're a good story teller indeed. it's ashamed you haven't written anymore to this, i was interested to see what would have happened. x3 i wonder what Wesker's plans are for those two anyways, perhaps he's so intent on bring Clare back from the dead so he would have soething to lure Chris in. boy that guy can really sink T.T i wonder what'll happen to Chris poor fellows in the state ;.;

(nod nod) sorry i'm going on a bit aren't i lol x3 but i believe you have got something here, i know what it's like to have the creative bug one moment, and then have it gone the next, so i'm not gonna torment you with "update update update" =3 you write more when you feel in the mood, that's the key to an awesome author, BWAHAHAHA (thunder strikes) o_o...T.T eck.

This is unique. Like someone else said, it's amazing that by just a few minutes, just a bit of delay sent this story spiraling in a new direction. It's turned out very well so far and I must fear for what Wesker may do to Claire as Chris suggested, would she be used as a 'sex toy'? That... that would be very frightening indeed.

I wonder what Claire and Steve will try to do though? Or if they will still contain the same mindset they had before.

Excellent job and description so far! I find the story really enjoyable so far and you're doing rather well with the scenes.

This story has made me think about a lot of things. Your foreshadowing in chapter 2 was very good. Also, I like the fact that you created a time paradox in the series. Now you have the power and control to create a whole new story. How one small delay in Chris's response caused a whole new ending is great. This story as far as I am concerned is done. Great writing besides a few grammar mistakes. Love is deadly! Good job.
