I liked it at first. But the Hermione thing just got too me and went on over kill. So I just stopped reading it. You made it seem so Hermione/Harry right off the start. Which completely ruined it for me.

I have been a fan for nearly 8 years and have never noticed that there are only 8 Gryfindors in Harry's year...I guess I always assumed that there were so many we never kne wthem all...and always wondered how in the movie, the house tables weren't that long...huh.

You are much too hard on yourself in that note from 2007. Yes, the story was a bit plotless and but it was still quite enjoyable.

I liked the character development of both Harry and Sirius. And I'm not a big Sirius fan.

I think I like this plot line better than the fifth book anyway, but then I'm a big Sirius and Remus fan so that usual. I'm sorry that I didn't read this when it first came out but back in 01 most of that fics I saw were I Love Harry stories so I didn't even other making an account. See you next story

I've always thought that as well, and who says that there aren't say two rooms of guys or girls. You don't want to put too many teenagers in the same room after all. I sympathize with your horror at rereading things you wrote six years later - I flatly refuse to even look at my old stories from the three year summer (as you so aptly call it). Taken in chronological context, however, it's really not all that bad. Plotless, sure, but happy sappy entertaining reading (and really not badly written at all) nonetheless. Definitely what I needed at the moment. Thanks!

I love how you tied up some things, like how Harry realizes he's not supposed to be able to do everything. The bantering between Sirius and Remus and between Sirius and Harry are my favourite parts. I also liked the whole time-turner incident. Great work with this.
