Cute ^^ They were quite in character. I could see them acting like that: saying the other had no obligation to stay, being too busy to talk, and Iruka keeping it all to himself (not to mention Naruto noticing the change and demanding answers). So despite some grammer errors, its not distracting and is therefore quite well done

I would like to point out that Iruka is not a dolphin, and, despite his name, is human. Therefore, you cannot say (as long as you wish to be grammatically correct) 'his dolphin' or 'the dolphin’s hair.' If one were to take that out of context, one would think Kakashi owned a dolphin which had hair...

Other then that small error, I liked this.
