oh wow! how adorable! very wonderful, and i didn't find the character's to angsty at all! very much how i could picture obi and ani reuniting in the force! well done, and i loved the bit about anakin's insecurities finally being realized and being released into the force! wonderful. thanks for the man love! LD
p.s. i absolutely loved the line when anakin says he questioned Luke's paternaty and obi wan says: '"That's preposterous," Obi-Wan responded with a quirk in his brow. "I don't even like girls."' oh so wonderful!

I think I replied on lj when you posted this over there a while back--if not, then bad me. But I just had to tell you again how lovely this story really is. Generally, I'm one of those A/O shippers that prefers to ignore Mustafar, simply because it is just so sad.

This story was just so beautiful, so touching, and so much like I've imagined what happened when Anakin returned to the Force and met up with Obi-Wan and Yoda. The whole thing had this peaceful, dreamy quality to it, with an overall air of contrition and forgiveness.

Thank you for writing this. *happy sigh*

That was very likely the most heart-wrenching, beautiful thing I have read in months. MONTHS. There are so many amazing things about this story, the language, the intense, vivid visuals, the depth and clarity of the emotions at the end, which truly brought tears to my eyes.

Your story is like an illustration-you do with words what I do with my drawings, you create a mood, you bring us into this wonderful place, from the dark apartment on Coruscant, to the wonderfully spiritual Endor, and back again-back to that memorable apartment, with Obi-Wan. I loved how you took us from the moment of his death, ending it with the reincarnation of Anakin and Obi-Wan, the team-but now, not just a team. They are so eternally entwined with each other, and all it took was that complete opening, shedding of insecurity. I say "all", but what a difficult thing to do, to let go of all of your insecurity in favour of everlasting, unwavering trust. Such a beautiful message there.

I truly loved Qui-Gon's role here, I love how all of the relationships, with the exception of Yoda, are based off of Qui-Gon's relationships to them. That Anakin has long based where he stands with Obi-Wan on where Obi-Wan stood with Qui-Gon-which makes the very end, when he's able to accept Obi-Wan for himself, accept this major part of his life as truly his.

The last few paragraphs were my favourite-it was so nice, for it to remain sensual and not sexual. It made it that much more intense. Those last three little lines were just astoundingly wonderful. I had tears in my eyes. I honestly cannot tell you how wonderful this is, and how wonderful and refreshing it was to read, and how wonderful this will be to come to later on on my favourites list. Because this is an immediate favourite. WONDERFUL work.
