Actually, I knew of your story before DH came out but refused to read anything that had Horcruxes in it before DH came out so I could enjoy it further. I think you did really well with keeping the characters canon. I enjoy your writing style. I'd love to read some more of your writing! Good luck on any original material you're currently working on.

I really do wish this was the last story, as people have already said. At first I was a little skeptical because there was too many harry/ginny loves scenes almost, but they grew on me. Excellent story 10/10.
Takeru Yamamoto 2008-07-01 ch 37,	abuseI didn't really enjoy Deathly Hallows. This fanfiction is why. Needless to say, if I could call this canon, I would. It fulfills everything I would have liked to see coming that book 7 utterly lacked. It is extremely faithful to the actual story in terms of how much it references past books and how accurately all the details seem to coincide; I was surprised at how often this fanfiction alluded to the rest of the series. It develops on side stories and themes that were thought to be continued from past books, but utterly abandoned in book 7. It gives some characters the proper closure they deserve, especially Lupin and Tonks, who were kind of thrown away and not really honored at the end of the series (especially in the way they died; HUGE difference between this fanfiction and the actual story). It gets rid of the infuriatingly irrational attitude Harry's been adopting in the actual series, one that's been really irritating since book 5. And it actually ends the story well, tying up lots of loose ends and showing us bits and pieces of their life post-Voldemort, while not detailing every single tiny bit and stretching the ending to oblivion, or being utterly scarce and ambiguous like with book 7. A simple bravo will never be enough.

I certainly did not expect to hear dudders and his parents now adoring magic and makig another appearance in such fashion (though I certainly saw you weren't finished with dudley)... but the way you wrote this chapter was both intense when voldemort strode in and made a mess, and a tear-jerker when lupin and tonks fell to the killing curse. ;_; I'm anxious to read the rest of the fiction, though now I'm starting to wish Deathly Hallows was this intense. xD There's one problem with chapter 17 though. I think the beginning half is unintentionally a copy of what was written on last chapter. Also the ginny and harry boat scene at the cave, ginny's supposed to go first cause she doesn't register and the boat starts moving as soon as a qualified wizard steps into it. Not certain if I read the scene on this fic wrong though, but I think that's how it was portrayed on the half-blood prince, otherwise it could very well carry multiple qualified wizards. Narcissa also seems kinda tame on the early chapters, but I absolutely loved your Harry and Draco confrontations. ^^ Can't wait to read what the Dursleys have in store for poor Harry.
General Murk 2008-06-18 ch 37,	abuseIt took me about twenty-three or so chapters before I realized that I'd read this before, though I think I'd read a documented version from OpenOffice or something. This was a very good story. I find it ironic that it has the same amount of chapters, epilogue and all, as Deathly Hallows. Once again, congratulations on such an amazing story. I look forward to more from you.

I think it is definitely as good as the original deathly hallows if not better. It made me laugh, it made me cry and it left me feeling sad that it couldn't go on forever. The best fan fiction I have ever read and I will read it again more than the actual deathly hallows I think.

It was also stupid because I forgot to lock it into my favorites and I couldn't remember how long ago I reviewed it before. Whew! I usually stay away from H/G and R/Hr fics because they are the canon relationships, but your story interested me so I tried it...and boy am I glad I did! I sincerely hope you plan on a sequel, because the ending of the epilogue seriously intrigued me. If not I'll survive of course. I notice that your newest fic was from 07. Bleh, I hope you still plan to write more.

Morwen Elda 2008-02-09 ch 1,	abuseI first came across this story about two months before the release of Deathly Hallows. A friend of mine told me it was fantastic, and sent it to me in a pdf file. I've no idea which of the many places he got it from. It's driven me crazy since then, because I've been dying to be able to leave you a review. Amusingly enough I found this by doing a google search for "bloody wanker does look like a ferret". Anyways, I fell in love with this story, I've read it 3 times now, and I was so disappointed in the book when it came out. I'm sure there are people who will want to stone me for this, but I like your version 10 times better easily. In my own mind, this fic stands out as being part of canon, while the real book to me is the fanfiction version. Obviously I'm trying to say I loved this story, and I'm beyond thrilled to have finally found a copy of it on here.
